At GetIPTV, we strive to provide high-quality IPTV services and excellent customer support. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Service

Our IPTV subscriptions are digital products delivered electronically. As no physical goods are shipped, returns are not applicable.

Refund Eligibility

We may issue a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Your subscription has not been activated or delivered.
  • You experience a verified technical issue that prevents the service from working, and our support team is unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe.
  • A duplicate payment was made due to a billing error.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after your subscription has been activated.
  • Your device, internet connection, or network does not meet the requirements needed to use the service.
  • Service interruptions caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), VPN configuration, device settings, or third-party applications.
  • Account suspension due to violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Requests made after the refund eligibility period has expired.

Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your original purchase date.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support and provide:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Any screenshots or videos that help demonstrate the problem (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Trial Services

If a free trial or paid trial is offered, we encourage customers to test the service before purchasing a longer subscription. Refunds are generally not available after a successful trial period unless required by applicable law.
